大体来看是在说一个救援的故事，和来福士有些关系。

零一

莱佛士有技术优势，但是管理不好。

有些人拿高薪，但不做事，管理可能乱七八糟的

现在中集已经派了不少人过去，搞制度改革、管理改革，，合并了不少部门，

想做实事的员工，看好中集加入后所做的改变。。他们都认为莱佛士在技术上是具有竞争力的

此外，莱佛士的产品主要卖给国外

中集收购莱佛士的钱还没有给全，目前只给了部分。

Yantai Raffles celebrates the First Anniversay of Haiyang Raffles

On Monday 9th March 2009, Yantai Raffles Shipyard Limited (“YRSL”) celebrated the first anniversary of Haiyang Raffles, amidst a blaze of fireworks. This event was well-attended by more than 130 guests from the Haiyang Municipal Government, Shipowners, classification societies and management and staff of YRSL.  

The distinguished guests who were present included the Mayor of Haiyang,  Mr. Jiang Shili, and the Vice Mayor of Haiyang Municipal Government, Mr. Li Yingzuo, Mr. Brian Chang (Deputy Chairman of YRSL), Ms Wang Jinghua (Vice President of YRSL), Mr. Ding Liwu (Vice President of Yantai Raffles Offshore Limited), as well as Mr. Stephen Pan, (General Manager of Haiyang Raffles Offshore Equipment Company).

In his welcome note, Mr. Pan expressed his gratitude to the government of Haiyang for their strong support, and the respective departments in Yantai Raffles for their cooperation.  He commended Haiyang Raffles’ excellent results in the past year, and also extended his commitment to strive to do even better going forward.  Mr. Jiang congratulated Haiyang Raffles, remarking that the achievements of the company within such a short time were impressive. On behalf of the Haiyang Municipal Government, Mr Jiang also gave his assurance that the government will remain committed to create favorable conditions to support the development of Haiyang Raffles. Mr. Chang and Mr. Carlos, on behalf of the shipowners, also shared their confidence in the future of Haiyang Raffles.  After the ceremony, all the guests were given a guided tour of Haiyang Raffles.

After the celebratory dinner, Mr. Chang encouraged all staff to continue to pursue opportunities despite the current challenging economic times.  Mr. Yu Ya, Deputy Party Secretary, CIMC Group and General Manager, Public Affairs Department, agreed and encouraged everyone to have confidence and determination to press forward.

The establishment of Haiyang Raffles was a result of hard work. Only a year ago, it was only a piece of empty land and staff worked out of containers as their offices. Both infrastructure building and project implementation proceeded simultaneously. 370,000 m³ of backfill and 360,000 m² of construction area were used to build infrastructure such as offices, canteen and warehouses. The company completed the construction of a 250 ton gantry crane as well as 12 sets of 20 ton gantry cranes and four cutting machines.  As of end of February 2009, Haiyang Raffles had completed 16,700 tons of structural work within 11 months, nearly 60 percent of the capacity of Yantai Raffles.

These achievements were made possible by the healthy camaraderie among staff in Haiyang Raffles, underscored by a strong sense of co-operation and teamwork. Their practice of “collaborate, accommodate, strive, achieve” is a valuable lesson for everyone.

Shengli No. 2 Drilling Platform Handing Over Ceremony

The handing over ceremony for the Shengli No. 2, a drilling platform belonging to China Petrochemical Corporation, Shengli Petroleum administrative Bureau Ocean Drilling Company was held on 17th March 2009 at 9:00 am. Esteemed guests from Shengli Petroleum Administrative Bureau Ocean Drilling Company who attended the ceremony included Mr Wang Ling (Deputy Manager); Mr Lever Ding (Vice President) and Mr. Zhao Hui - (Director, Production).

The Shengli No. 2 drilling platform arrived at the Yantai Raffles Shipyard on 12th January 2009 for repair and modification works on the hull structure, cabin water system, engine room equipment, deck equipment, electrical system maintenance and accommodation area. The project was overseen by the China Classification Society.

The Shengli No.2 drilling platform is the first project secured by Yantai Raffles Shipyard since the development of our repair business. Its successful completion is highly significant as it allows Yantai Raffles Shipyard to gain valuable experience in the repair business as well as provide a strong foundation for follow up repair projects.

With our world class facilities, strong production and engineering capabilities, Yantai Raffles Shipyard is confident that our ship repair business will develop into another important source of revenue for the company.

Remedial Super M2 Steel Cutting and Saipem PLV Block Erection ceremonies held in Haiyang Raffles Shipyard

On 10 April 2009, ceremonies for Remedial’s Super M2 H-209 steel cutting and Saipem’s PLV BLOCK erection were held successfully in Haiyang Raffles Offshore Equipment Co., Limited (HROE).  Mr. Brian Chang, Chairman, Ms. Wang Jinghua, Vice President and Mr. Ding Liwu, Vice President, accompanied by Mr Stephen Pan, General Manager, HROE, took part in the ceremonies.  Representatives of the American Bureau Society (ABS), Saipem and other partners were also invited.

Mr Chang and Mr Ding welcomed all guests and expressed appreciation for their help in the development of HROE.  Representatives from ABS and Saipem also noted HROE’s achievements in the past year, and expressed satisfaction with the high quality and progress of our projects.

The ceremonies were concluded in a harmonious and enjoyable atmosphere.

Production Express: Special thanks from COSL

In the early morning of 14th April 2009, Yantai Raffles Shipyard’s COSL Pioneer Project Team received an appreciation letter from COSL expressing its thanks for the commissioning team’s commendable efforts in the Deck Crane systems. In the letter, COSL expressed its satisfaction with the site commissioning team’ skillful operation of the Deck Crane during startup and post startup, and their efficient coordination work in all pre-alarms and alarm check and release procedure details. COSL also extended its appreciation of TCT’s (Test, Commissioning and Trial) attention to detail by  assigning an English speaking commissioning engineer to accompany the NOV engineers during the crane installation and commissioning processes.

"The crane drivers appointed by Yantai Raffles Shipyard are extremely careful and skilled, as evident from their consistently smooth and faultless operation of the crane. Given the level of expertise demonstrated, the crane drivers have earned my trust," commented Jon Fløttum, COSL’s commissioning engineer.

Meeting clients’ expectations is one of Yantai Raffles Shipyard’s key missions and the Group is fully committed to continue to strive for it.

The key engineers from Yantai Raffles Shipyard involved in the commissioning work are: Long Hairui, Zhang Xiaoming, Yang Baoyu, Niu Weigang, Fan Desong, Cui Qiulin, amongst others.

不是开始卖，而是全部卖了。
十大股东，略有减持。
抛去证券收益，主营业务亏损。
二季度业绩难看已经不容置疑（平滑业绩的股票已经出售）。

可供出售金融资产年初为12.64亿元，其中招行股票12.4亿元，截止一季度末，可供出售金融资产为9.04亿元，减少了3.5亿元，由此估算，一季度减持了约3000万股中集，还有约7000万股，今年业绩还是有保障的，大家不必太担心了

中集持有招行原始股1.37亿股，在08年4季度抛售了3500万股，09年1季度抛售了约3000万股。

我今天才买的招行的股票，感觉招行这两年的业绩还好，股价也不是特别的高。一季报估计也不会差到哪。不过现在的大盘走势的确不是很好。。

全部卖了？再仔细看下！
主营收入由119瞬间降至42，若干货箱以50%计算，再加上车辆业务的下降，粗略计算下能源化工装备等业务应该还是有所增长的，这点在毛利率上也有所体现。
在干货箱基本停产，冷箱、特箱、车辆大幅下降的情况下有此表现也算难得了。
惊叹金融危机的威力！中国有几家公司经历过这等风浪！
我仍然相信，在集装箱制造领域，中集一定是最后一个停止呼吸的。
蛰伏吧、积聚力量吧，终有一天，你必将龙吟九天！

一季度报表肯定很难看。去年四季度的业绩差不多在盈亏的平衡线上，一季度没有发预警，估计好不到哪。就是不知道车辆部分和能源化工装备等业务会不会有惊喜了

如不计金融资产的投资收益，中集集团一季度约亏损1.76亿元，业务全面下滑，存货金额不降反升

　　【《财经网》/深圳】全球最大的集装箱制造巨头步履维艰。中国国际海运集装箱（集团）股份有限公司（深圳交易所代码：000039、深圳交易所B股代码：200039，下称中集集团）最终选择出售金融资产弥补巨亏。

　　4月27日晚，中集集团一季度业绩报告显示，其归属于母公司所有者的净利润约4.18亿元，同比增长3.24%，基本每股收益0.1574元。与此同时，通过出售所持有的金融资产，其中主要包括招商银行（上海交易所代码：600036）股票，中集集团获取投资收益5.94亿元，同比增长 1083.17%。这表明，如不计金融资产的投资收益，中集集团一季度约亏损1.76亿元。

　　通过此次出售后，中集集团所持金融资产已不多，所剩余的交易性金融资产和可供出售金融资产共计约10.33亿元。此前，为了收缩过冬，中集集团已经大规模消减资本开支，其中包括公司上下大幅度的减薪。

　　显然，与去年底相比，中集集团面临的局面更加严峻。除了其干货箱仍基本处于停产状态，此前表现尚好的冷藏箱、特种箱以及道路运输车辆等其他产品线业绩也步其后尘，出现全面下滑，由此导致营业总收入下降64.48%至42亿元。

　　其中，冷藏箱销量为2万TEU，同比和环比均下滑近50%，特种箱销量1.22 万TEU，同比和环比分别下降57%和15%。道路运输车辆销售1.52 万台，同比下降44%。
　　中集集团可能还必须继续苦熬。自2008年10月起，为中集集团贡献了主要收入的干货集装箱生产线开始停产，当时平安证券分析师叶国际便向《财经》记者指出，“现在还不是集装箱制造业最困难的时期”。他认为，由于年前船务公司需求的下滑，必然在2009年一二季度传导至集装箱行业。

　　中金公司分析报告也进一步指出，3月份中国集装箱吞吐量比2月份大幅增长30.9%，但因为部分原计划在4月份运出的货物在3月份提价前运出，这将使得4月份的集运货量增长不如人意。上海航运交易所4月24日发布的数据也显示，中国出口集装箱综合运价指数为819.55点，比上一周下跌 1.7％。

　　前景暗淡下，中集集团将面临更严峻的存货压力。3月份船运的回暖并没有消化其固有的存货。根据中集集团提供的数据，一季度末，其存货金额高达78.54亿元，甚至比年初的78.33亿元略增。

　　不久前，在年度股东大会上，中集集团总裁麦伯良也表示，“什么时候恢复生产不清楚，但我们的集装箱工厂肯定是要保留的。”■

没有理想

国金貌似对中集比较乐观。其他的业务我还是挺看好，特别是LNG这块。澳洲昆士兰州的CSG(coal-sseam gas)这两年强力并购，大建LNG输出站，为的就是亚洲需求。

不知道大家对重卡怎么看，我本人持谨慎态度。不管怎样，汽车制造业毕竟是一个竞争激烈的行业，不可能有太长时间的超额利润。成本主导下，只有靠规模优势惨淡经营。然后不断的资本投入来维持市场份额，就是很苦的行当。
