This is what I was looking at Justy ... Last week closed leaving a inverted hammer on the weekly chart implying upward movement this week.. I noted the price of the body last week and saw price test the lows then reverse... I entered long at .9985 after price started heading up... I think there is a nice peircing pattern reversal too on the monthly which makes me think a major reversal may have occoured... Still I play this one close to the vest... My stop is at .9915 just below the start of this month and my position size isnot large.Attached Images

AUDCAD looks like its going higher ...
AUDCAD .. sure looks like it wants to go higher.... Will keep an eye on this ... Confirmation for bull trend is just above 92.70

More on USD/CAD
Below is another chart of USD/CAD. A support line was broken a few days ago and is now being retested as resistance. The old saying 'Old support becomes new resistance' seems to hold true a lot of times. I think it's holding true yet again. If it is, then USD/CAD is poised to drop anytime now.

Hi All,

Here's a couple long term charts of AUD/CAD. From an investment standpoint the AUD/CAD looks to be the best market to park your money...My opinion of course. The Elliott Wave picture is as clear as can be. Plus the MACD and the 8/21 EMAs are confirming the uptrend. The 161.8% Extension puts a target way up at ~1.3000. That's still about 4000 points away. Even if you don't have long term investments, there are still many awesome opportunities to trade this on a shorter term basis as price rises.

When you compare the AUD/CAD to the EUR/CAD and CAD/JPY, you can see that the CAD is moving these markets. So in a few years or whenever it is that the USD turns around and starts to head higher again, we should see the USD/CAD follow suit and head higher as well. I think that move in USD/CAD will cause the AUD/CAD to rally pretty hard.

I am sticking with the EURUSD bull count. Wave E to me can be considered a zigzag. The rally from 1.4438 there shows promise as well. Even if a larger bearish pattern is in its early stages (I do not think it is), the EURUSD would probably rally into the mid 1.4700s at least. If you got long late last week, then you are sitting in a good position.

By far, my favorite trade this week and probably for the next few weeks is long Yen crosses. The EURJPY rally should be underway now and is unlikely to look back. 161 and 165 are Fibo extensions and bullish objectives. If already in, then great -- and look to add near 155.75...risk can be moved to 155

Continuing with the dollar bearish (expect against Yen) theme is short USDCAD. This thing looks like it is ready to fall hard in a 3rd.

Eur/cad
Hey room,

The EUR/CAD correction may be nearing completion. I think if we can get one more low, wave 'C' would then be complete. Once this happens a rally in wave (iii) of (3) would be next. The 161.8% Extension of wave (i) of (3) gives us an initial target of ~1600 points. Should be a pretty nice trade.

If one more low is made in EUR/CAD, I can see the possibility of one more low being made in EUR/USD as well. This would most likely form inverse head and shoulder patterns in both pairs.

Looks like the Neutral Triangle is holding up, but that (c) just doesn't cut it for me. I'm still shorting highs though.

Heads up guys,
Don't take your eye off the ball. This morning's price action although may feel like a bullish development for the carry
trades, we ellioticians know it may soon be time to look for indications of perhaps a top. Here is an update for the Gbp/Jpy.
We look to be in a wave iv of 3 down. Wave 4s tend to end anywhere between 23.6 ans 50% retracement of wave 3s. So we need to look at wave iii of 3 for a clue of wave iv of 3 will end. I don't foresee a move much past 213. Heres what
Im keeping an eye on.

1. Wave II of 3 lasted 3 weeks. Wave IV is in its 3rd week.
2. We are in the reversal zone. (23.6% and 50% of wave iii of 3)
3. 8 weekly moving average is currently at 212.70
4. 200 moving average is currently at 213.30

We may move sideways to up for a little while longer but Im looking for a turn in momentum to get me into the next move down. Perhaps this evening's JPY GDP numbers may provide the volatility needed for the reversal.

Running Flat in process? Wave III of 3 on the way!
Heads up guys,
The next big shoe may be about to fall for Yen pairs. Heres my count for Eur/Jpy. I have us in a II of 3 down and about to enter in a III of 3. Wave a of II made it to the 50% retracement of I, now were in wave C of II and were at the 38.2% retracement of I. If Markets reverse now, its a running flat...VERY VERY VERY BEARISH!!!!!!! Be Careful!

Yes actually. I shorted both Aussie and Kiwi last night. Heres my count for the Aussie. I believe were going into wave 3 or C now.
