你看这过去10-5年的房价,5000-8000元/平的时候市场与中介求着买家买楼,他不买,现在2w/平他发了疯地追着买;无知,片面,为了"平衡"社会利益的媒体玩了命的诅咒高房价,仿佛房价若回到10年前低位的时候刚性需求与房市就会非常"健康"一样.
有时候我想,人性可能真的是阴暗的.
葡萄大师提倡回归自然......什么是自然?
人性是自然的吗?人性真的能做到自然么? |
