英利与德国Phönix SonnenStrom AG又签代工大单

去年我曾说过天威是在厚积薄发，现在看来天威英利在继续按自己的轨迹发展，融入国际产业链动作又迈一步！继3月8日和Reinecke + Pohl Sun Energy AG的162MW 代工MOU之后，29日德国PV大厂Phönix SonnenStrom AG又和天威英利及常州天合签订PV代工大单，2006年至2010年天威英利将提供143MW组件给Phönix SonnenStrom AG，其中今年交付4MW。常州天合共为30MW，其中今年2MW。Phönix SonnenStrom AG称他们是在20多家中国PV厂家中挑选出上述两家企业的，原因是其高质量的组件、现代化的生产设施和企业的扩张计划。Phönix SonnenStrom公开资讯称今年将收到35MW代工组件，贴牌后预期销售额140欧元（折合4.8美元/瓦！）。现在知道为什么赵志恒敢吃200美元的多晶硅了吧，如果买过来生产以自有品牌组件出售的话，Yingli solar module在德国的售价和其他品牌相差无几。很多情况下投资者真的不要以为比经营者更聪明。台湾PV代工厂今后的日子不好过了，昨日股价已经有所反应，可惜内地的相关PV股该涨却跌，中小投资者资讯能力仍有待提高。

Sulzemoos, Germany: Phönix SonnenStrom AG Signs Contracts with Chinese Module Manufacturers
German system integrator, Phönix SonnenStrom AG has signed contracts with two new suppliers for the delivery of solar modules with a peak power output totalling 6 Megawatts (MWp) in 2006. Additionally, Phönix SonnenStrom AG has a Letter of Intent for 143 Megawatts up until the year 2010 to support the company’s growth plans.
A supply contract for 2 MWp of monocrystalline solar modules has been agreed for the year 2006 with Changzhou Trina Solar Energy Co. Ltd., a manufacturer of modules based in Changzhou in the Province of Jiangsu. Trina currently manufactures 30 MWp a year of ingots and, similarly, of wafers and modules. The company intends to ramp up its module capacity to 100 MWp by 2010.
Tianwei Yingli New Energy Resources Co. Ltd. in Baoding in the Chinese Province of Hebei is to deliver 4 MWp of polycristalline modules during the current financial year.
In addition, an agreement was made with Yingli via a Letter of Intent on the supply of 143 MWp in total between 2006 and 2010.
With an overall output of 100 MWp, Yingli is one of the largest manufacturers of modules in China. It has plans to expand its capacity to 500 MWp by the year 2010. Phönix SonnenStrom AG has selected these two suppliers from more than 20 manufacturers of solar modules in China. Convincing factors were the high quality of the modules, modern production facilities and thecompanies’ growth targets.
Phonix SonnenStrom AG currently takes deliveries from seven module manufacturers in total and anticipates sales of Euro 140 million [USD$ 168 million] with at least 35 MWp in the current financial year.
