Chart Update ;

Ok here we are again with another Gap

- price just broke through resistance .............just look at that thing go

Price rallying into a wave 4 high ? , Where's the top ?
who's going to look to pick the wave 4 top , but why ?

Let the bulls have their party , I've seen that movie before !

The Gap is what's probably attracting all these bulls ......
watch out you bears -

There could be a head and shoulder top in the
Eur/Usd Pair occurring at multi-year highs ............

Here is something to know when observing a Hammer candle
--------------------------------------------------------------------

Hammers at their best when the market immediately makes a
tweezer bottom formation
( usually within 2 3 bars after the hammer has formed )
------------------------------------------------------------
Hammer candles are are less reliable at Multi Year lows .....
( its to difficult to pick the exact low at those extremes )
go and look at the Daily Bars of the Usd/Cad over the last 2 years
- you will see failed hammer bars occurring at Muti-Year Lows
---------------------------------------------------------
Hammer candles are also at their
best when the market is at an " End of a Wave 4 " an price is
sitting on a 618% retracement or a lower retracement line

( Hammers are also least reliable at 38% retracement levels )

Here is the Euro /Usd pair from yesterday ,

See how the entire rally was born out a Hammer sitting on this 618 % retracement line ?

This is the kind of set-up that represents Fibonacci at its best !

Here is the Looney , so far today
its like the Energizer bunny , Going and Going..........

This is caused by Oil prices hitting new all time highs
on the overnight session coupled with a strong stock market rally
the day before ( it has to happen while the Us Markets is closed )

It's all "cause n effect ".................

It's also
all about studying market behavior ,
and understanding Elliott Waves through
keeping a chart journal of charts for yourself ..............
