was moving into an End of a Wave 5 ........

Has rallied it way into this End of wave 5 ...........
Price is exausted -
Now that it the beginning of 2008 and the Dow Jones
is down almost 7% YTD and it appears the we are making
now making an End of a Wave A Low somehow .......

I agree to disagree italm. The movements since the top in July are all in 3 waves...suggestive of a triangle. I want to introduce a count that has yet to be presented in the AUDUSD. Under this scenario, a C wave would come under .8874 before the next bull leg. Of course, be very careful because we could also be in a very bullish wave 3 now. This is something that I wanted to present, it does not mean that I am turning bearish.

Everyone knows that I have been an ardent EURO bull for a while now. I have been a bull because there was no reason to be a bear and every reason to be a bull. That said, I urge caution to bulls right now and bears might want to stop on the gas. Bulls might even want to flip bearish short term. I say this because the rally from 1.4438 is in 7 waves...could be a double zigzag (W-X-Y). The first zigzag is almost exactly equal to the second and the rally reversed at nearly exactly the 50% Fibo of the recent drop. This does not mean that I abondon my longer term bullish call for a rally to the mid 1.50s but it does mean that over the next few weeks, a drop, maybe even below 1.4438 is possible.

I'm looking for A=C equality for this wave "C" upward. Equality comes in at 1.1062 if wave "A" = wave "C" .. That doesn't neccesarily mean it will get there though.. I will be keeping my eyes peeled for a reversal at the down trend line if it wants to hold... Hey everybody,
Here's my thoughts on EUR/USD. First, one possibility of what's going on short term is that wave 'E' of the triangle is still forming. There are five waves down and so far a correction looks to be forming. Price is currently trading near the 50.0% retracement of that first five wave decline. One more five wave move to the downside would complete wave 'E' and also then complete the triangle.
Second, when you look at the weekly chart you can see that there are only 11 waves to the upside. In Elliott Wave, impulse moves come in patterns of 5,9,13... Since we are only at 11 waves up so far, it is impossible for the move to be over now. One more wave to the upside has to occur to finish the move in accordance with Elliott Wave rules.
Any comments on this?

There's been a little talk on EUR/GBP and USD/GBP lately. I still believe that one more high is required to complete the larger wave three in EUR/GBP. It looks to me like extended fifth waves are the theme here.
