Gbp/usd
Hey room,

I think that GBP/USD has recently put in a major low and is now headed higher for the long haul. I've attached 3 charts below. The second chart is the weekly price action since the June 2001 low was made. You can see that there were 9 waves up followed by an Irregular Correction. 9 waves means that somewhere in there was an extended wave. I can't make it out, but it really doesn't matter. 9 waves is a complete Elliott Wave impulse move.

The Irregular Correction may have ended wave 'C' with a truncated 5th. That is shown on the third chart. The green numbers on the right show that truncated 5th.

The first chart shows another impulse move followed by another Irregular Correction. In this move, there are also 9 waves up but this time I believe that wave three was extended.

If all of this is correct, then recent price action is the beginning of a major bull rally. That idea coincides with a bullish stance in EUR/USD as well.

What do you all think?
