Do the opposite of the majority of people do around you!!!
That is to take a contrarian position of the "herd".
The reason is 90% people lose money either in the stock market or in the 房市.
The bubble of 房市 behaves similar to the bubble od the stock market. When everyone thinks the 房市 will go higher, then you have a peak in 房市. When everyone and his grandmother think the stock market will go lower, then it is the time the market has bottomed. It works like a clock!!!
Judging from your post. I think the 房市 in china has peaked and the stock market is near the bottom! YOu should continue investing in stocks. DOn't listen to people arround and so and so made a lot of money in 房市!! Remeber these people are not suppose to make money and they are the pigs to be slaughtered (in either 房市 or the stock market).
Once you know how to be a minority in the market (stock or 房市), you are almost a winner!!!
