Oaky That is it!!! Here is the ANSWER!!
IF your answer is <=$10 meaning you are willing to bet $5 for the potentail winning of $1 to $5, you are likely high risk tolerate investors. In general, you have no problem take a loss, you understand it (loss) is part of the investment game and mentally you can handle the loss. You are nature-borned trader and you just need to stick to your trading plan and have a good risk management stratagy.
If your answer is >$10, you are those called risk-averted investors. You absolutely HATE loss. The higher the number, the more you hate the loss. Losing money can get to your nerve and you can't get over with it( you lose sleep over it and you can't forget your loss). Because you hate loss, you are so afraid of any losses. You tend to hold onto your losing stocks and hoping the market will change and bail you out. You are also likely to "average down" or try something even more "risky" to "WIN BACK" your loss and you ended up losing more money!!! You need to pay extra attendtion to the mental part of the investment. Don't throw your "good" money into a "bad" investment (a losing stock). Cut your loss (small) and let your profit run.
Good Luck! |
