Hey man, your article is pretty good. But the story about your teacher is not good. As China's stock market only started for around 20 years, if your teacher was around 80 years old, then when he started trading, he was properly more than 60 years old. It is hard to believe a 60 years old man can trade for 20 years and then learn the wave theory. By the way, i think the earliest chinese version book of wave theory was properly written around 10 years ago by 黃柏中, a HK guy. So i dare say your story about your teacher is not true. But i still appreciate your article, whatever it is written by yourself or your teacher.
