&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;合格的私募可以发信托产品，信托产品很多种类不一定只做私募。私募做信托的话一般是四方存管：银行，私募，信托公司，投资人，去年信托很火很多大集团为了给旗下地产融资发了不少信托（名义上都和地产没关系），信托公司要收托管费那些名目的费用
