据传，近日发改委主任马凯向国务院上书阐述股市流动性泛滥，要求国务院采取措施给股市降温。

    但是，证监会并不想看到股市短期内疯狂回落，证监会反而想通过增发新股、不断教育投资者，来继续稳定市场，因此证监会近日通过银河证券的某人士之手，从业绩上涨降低股票市盈率的角度阐述了自己对当前市场的认可。

   （独家点评：今早的大跌，是由于经济数据破例推迟到收盘后再发，CPI增速可能突破3%，市场猜测再加息！而开盘一小时内的成交量高达617亿，再加上马凯对要求股市降温，下跌并不奇怪，很多强势股也顺势洗盘。个人认为指数风险大，但是个股会精彩不断。当然，也要注意风险，不要盲目追高！
