可以是任何点位，只要停止发新股和大规模增发股票，马上就是底部。

就目前来看，新股还在以每天一个每两天一个的速度在发行，不可能有底部。这是我3年前的观点，现在一样适用。

什么时候，国家不再发行新股？

这个时候，就是国家不再需要大规模印刷RMB，所以也不再需要股市来大规模吸收“坏钱“的时候，新股的大规模发行就停止，底部就来临。
