I must respectfully disagree with more upside in Aud/Usd Jaime...
I don't know what anyone else sees in AUD/USD but I know Jaime was looking for more upside in "C wave"... I just can't see it at the moment .... I'm currently short this pair from .8790 with a stop at break even for safety sake... If it wants to bounce higher I will look too short it at the next high... We have started the new month on a down move, price usually goes the way it opens.. Does anyone here agree with this count ?????????????

Everything has been pretty clear except for this recent drop. I'll have to agree with Jamie that a rally is to come. I also have to agree with Italm that the dollar is going to get incredible strength. At least in comparison to the dollar.

Bullish all around in Kiwi
I've posted a daily, weekly, and a monthly chart of the NZD/USD as I see it. Near term I want to see price drop below 0.7434 to complete wave 'C' of the correction that began 06Nov2007. Looking at the daily chart, there is a clear three wave decline and a clear five wave rally. Those are both screaming that price is headed higher in my book. The large decline from the high of 0.8107 back in July is in three waves. Three wave patterns are corrective in nature and because of that, we know that the high of that correction will be taken out at some point. Following that, there was the five wave advance and now the correction that is still playing out. Since the five wave rally hasn't taken out the high yet, I'm to assume that the next rally will be a large wave three. So the target for that wave is up at roughly 0.9400.
The weekly and monthly charts provide more evidence that price is headed higher. Also, the Kiwi is following the EUR/USD price action overall. Since higher prices are expected in EUR/USD, it's obvious that higher prices are coming in Kiwi as well.
Fundamentally, gold and oil prices are expected to continue to move higher and higher. Since the Kiwi is a commodity currency and closely correlated with gold/oil prices, we should see the price of NZD/USD keep on moving higher.

Never Ending Extensions!
Here's the daily chart of EUR/GBP. Price keeps extending over and over again in wave three. It looks as though one more little retracement and one more rally is required before this pair will actually be done with the large wave three.
I think it's neat how this pattern is unfolding.

NZDUSD.....the 5 wave rally from .6639 to .7891 indicates additional upside potential BUT not before larger wave 2 completes a correction. The minimum for the decline is the wave a low of .7435. The former 4th is at .7365 and the 50 and 61.8 retrace levels are at .7265 and .7118. So....trade from the short side with a stop above .7791 until wave c completes 5 down.

Yeah...I here ya. That choppy rally could be a series of 1s and 2s, in which case, the break is higher into 1.0070 resistance....or is the rally a diagonal. Even if it is a diagonal, a spike to 1.0070 is still possible in the form of a throwover but then we'd see a top and reversal. Time will tell.
The EURUSD is setting up nicely for the C wave decline into 1.4500 before wave 3 takes off into the 1.50's. Wave 1 of C will be complete following a drop below 1.4696. There is a chance that either wave 2 or B has ended in the USDCAD. The next probable move (as I see it) is below .9755 and into .9500.

Looks to me like the impulsive moves had started in this pair. Imo Wave 2 down is about to start with possible 2 levels for wave c/2 before the north move begins.

This is an update of this morning's chart. 5 waves are down from 1.4823 and 3 waves are close to complete from the low at 1.4659. USD/CHF is it on 1st wave Up?
Glad to find this forum. Anybody also see USD/CHF weather now has completed three-waves (A-B-C)down and start a new up cycle or else is still in the fourth wave of 5 waves down to test previous low 1.0883? Any comment please.

Anybody analize Dow to sense USDJPY direction this week?
If we notice USDJPY went up from 107.2 6 weeks ago and end on 114.6, the move was well match to dow move 6 weeks ago. Can we analyze dow to anticipate yen move this week? In my opinion, dow is making 3 wave down A (with three a-b-c), has completed B move, and now is making C wave with a-b-c move as well. Possibly b wave is an up move for this week, before it finally make c wave down stop at 100ma on weekly chart. Will the move be reflected to USD/JPY this coming two weeks? Any comment?

Possibly on the EURUSD incase it bounces off the downward support trendline I drew.
I left the fibs on my chart so you can check retracement values and extention values too which I use with my wave counts.
