根据内部信息，公司收购天威英利49%股权的方案已经做出来了，采用换股或者吸收合并的方式。最后关键是国资委和的批复。
可以打公司电话0312/3252455去确认，公司并没有否认。但是最后实施没有时间表。

苗总拿着金蛋，也是为了增值和发展。采取何种方式不重要，关键是苗的那部分“金蛋”（最终收益）是多少。并且，苗目前也不是控股。本人也是听天威内部人说的。据说，消息比较可靠，可能性很大；方案已经在做。并且，这是一个“多赢”的就局面，对大家都有利。
但是在股改阶段，股权重组还要看和国资委的批准。时间上存在很大的不确定性。

NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- SunTech Power Holdings Co. Ltd. plans to offer 26.38 million shares at $13-$15 a share in a bid to raise abot $369 million in its IPO. The deal is expected to price late Tuesday for its stock market debut on Wednesday. In a sign of health, the maker of solar energy technology boosted its price range from $11-$13 a share. SunTech is expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "STP."
