房价调整成为必然，不说幅度有多少，但是成功的将房市部分资金以及准备入房市的资金带入其它市场，那就是金融市场，股市自然是最大的渠道之一。

楼市的调整，会影响相关的产业链条，如果股市再继续低迷，中国经济发展前景可能就真的堪忧了。最近一个月，多有官媒、官员加上市场上有影响的机构多次吹风，那我们也要捕捉信号，不能在盲目的看空，要顺大势而为之。

之后的一两年，倾币政策可能有限度的宽松，市场信心也会通过各种渠道再恢复过来，一波较长的上涨趋势还是有希望的。

不去臆测点位能到那里。如果你的收益到了30%，就卖，就换股。
