拜登请中国人放心

美国副总统拜登8月21日上午在四川大学发表演讲时表示，在美债危机当中，由于共和党跟民主党以及茶党之间有些分歧，所以提案比较波折，但是他相信美债还是安全的。

　　拜登称，中国拥有很大量的美国国债，但是相对于美国来说，美债的85%还是美国人自己持有的，为了保持对美国国内的稳定，美国也一定要把美国的经济搞上去，所以请中国人放心。
