底部是2600点 底部是1300点
可以是任何点位，只要停止发新股和大规模增发股票，马上就是底部。就目前来看，新股还在以每天一个每两天一个的速度在发行，不可能有底部。这是我3年前的观点，现在一样适用。
什么时候，国家不再发行新股？
