鲸鱼目前15块，总股本42.8E 净资产4.15

金地     6块        44.7E       4.00

保利    11块        59.5E       4.95

招商    18块       17.2E       10.93

除了万科 鲸鱼目前的价位是《金地》的两倍多，和保利相当，招商和他根本没法比了。

我看不用期待，目前已经应验了。#*d1*#
