美国有人统计过，楼市的周期是18年，中国楼市已经耗尽了后面10年的购买力，后面跌60～70%都是有可能的，一般楼市见底要4～5年。
今年将是楼市的转折年。
我前面提到过王石等人已经急流勇退，远走他乡，这些人看的很清楚的。
