再高其实关老百姓屁事,可能有人说我买了你没买,呵呵,买了怎样,回家看看合同,动动你生锈的大脑就高兴不起来了,70年的使用权而已,也就是说你提前支付了70年房租而已,你有能力一次付款,你可以买,如果是贷款,这辈子就当房奴吧,整天想着去还贷款,估计你也没精力去做有损党国根本利益的事了,知道党国的高明了吧#*22*#

70年?呵呵,我们这边二手房都没看到有40年以上的,因为40年以上的都是老城区灰蒙蒙的,除非是一月挣几百块的谁还住这种房.
所以一套房子40年以后基本上就没流通价值了#*26*#
